training is sustainable consulting

Only who master and understand both theory and their implementation, is able to assess risks correctly and to recognize opportunities

inspection

We are happy to accompany you during rail vehicle inspections or carry them out on your behalf. Whether overhauled or new vehicles, the correct implementation of the agreed specifications is checked during the whole process.

In our inspections, both the appraisal of the technical design and the examination of the documentation play an essential role. We are also happy to offer support in the systematic preparation and organisation of vehicle inspections.

Do you need help for supplier audits? From organisation and preparation to execution of the audit, we are happy to assist you.

training

Who hasn’t experienced it – a lot of theory in a short time with unrealistic examples and after a few months everything is forgotten again. Schoolings and seminars can impart a lot of knowledge, but they are not always the cheapest and most effective instrument to meet the daily challenges. In a good mix of training and consulting, we train companies to understand legal requirements, to assess risks correctly and to recognise and use opportunities in the best possible way, based on their “reallife” challenges and objectives. We see ourselves as flexible moderators with the necessary expertise and valuable input with an external perspective. For this purpose, we respond individually to your needs.

consulting

If no internal resources are available to meet challenges via training of your empoyees, we are happy to offer you our services. From the situation analysis to the elaboration of the basis for decisions to the execution of the desired solution, we are happy to help you with the implementation.

Our exptertise

I (Sven Dornfeld) have been working in the field of rail vehicle maintenance since 2015. Here, my focus is on rail vehicle inspections, creation of maintenance programmes and specifications, management systems and risk analyses (according to CSM-RA) to meet the requirements of the ECM Regulation (on “entities in charge of maintenance” | EU-RE 779/2019 or formerly 445/2011). Since 2018, I have been working, among other things, as an auditor for the certification of ECMs in accordance with the aforementioned regulation.

I was also able to expand my experience with tools for management systems in connection with ISO 9001/2015, with the application of communication and creativity techniques, as well as with expectations and implementation of Industry 4.0.

Experience and qualificaiton evidence can be provided upon request.
